if I whirling wrath and press save yourself after. Do the rest of my whirling wrath have fury?

Or should I make sure I have fury before I whirling wrath.

Also should I turn on or off “promote skill target” for pve and pvp.

WW’s crit damage will take effect the moment you pop Fury.

Promote skill target can hurt or help you. If you use a skill and accidently target someone, you’ll engage. So I would disable it in PvE.
Almost every skill you use in PvP will be for a reason so I would enable it in this case. I wouldn’t depend on a target assist either. You’ll likely still click on “Target Nearest Enemy” (Get that binder to a key) or manually click a target to focus some one.

I would leave any auto targeting off, there are times where I purposefully drop target so I can leap of faith away. If it auto targets anyone I would leap BACK into the fray instead of away to safety.
