Hi am trying to build a defence based guardian that can do dmg this is my current stats and i need some help with it lol

More toughness and crit chance is needed.

I agree with the comments above, sac some vit for crit chance/dmg; from my experiences from the front lines to 1v1s to gankers to mass enemies vs 1. You can survive on 13k-15k hp for a good bit if you have your boons up. In exchange, you can dish out a lot more damage. What are your traits set on?

Precision is what you need more of. You can get an extra +63 with 5% toughness to precision. Precision food +100.
