Question : anybody know if Spirit weapons count as a active companion ? and if it work with the runes of Ranger

No, they do not count as companion nor work with rune of ranger.

Nobody at Anet loves WvW like Grouch loved PvP. That’s what we need, a WvW Grouch, but taller.

I think minipets still count as companion for ranger runes. Considering there will be a big patch tomorow I wouldn’t count on that though.
