Are Defender’s Flame and Renewed Justice working as intended? I am not sure I have seen one proc yet…

Strange. I use Renewed Justice on every Guardian build and it works fine for me, and I’ve tested Defender’s Flame.

From my experience, Renewed Justice requires that you gain xp from kills. There are a few situations (mainly story quests) where you don’t get xp on kills.

I’m currently using Defender’s Flame, Shelter, Might of the Protector and Runes of Altruism to great effect! Good fun there, pull about 7-9 mobs in Orr and watch the many (low) numbers!

If you try it in the PvP Lobby they won’t work. Probably it’s what TheBluel said and you have to get experience for them to work (some sigils that proc on kill won’t work in the lobby too).
