what do you think of this build for guardian?
what kind of build are you going for? pve, wvw, or spvp?
pve. im still new with this guardian thing. but i would like something with more dps and can handle doing things alone(im a solo player)
I’d change your GSword to Hammer. This is actually the highest DPS hammer build I’ve found so far. You won’t get blinds but your melee will get full time protection. All the symbol love you have going is only useful with one skill on your GSword which is on a cooldown. Hammer’s symbol is on auto attack which will take advantage of it a lot more. IMHO If you want a GSword build maybe try 20/25/0/25/0.

but its my first time looking into guardian build.
Move away from symbol damage, swap scepter/focus or greatsword to Hammer, put into MoC (mostly because of flexibility) and you’re good to go. Also, you don’t really need boon duration with writ of persistence, you should pick other runes or jewels.

so if i remove that water rune. what rune should i change it with?
1. First of all, i am not very experienced in pve, but signets are not very good, compared with the rest of utility’s
2. you are an guardian with 0 acces to protection or stability
3. your only condition removal comes from signet passive
4. you got boon duration from runes, but the only boons you got are from weapon skills.
