1st Attempt @ a Mesmer
Confusion in sPvP is weak. The only reason why I would run it is if you were able to keep it on someone for long amounts of time instead of stacking it high for one hit.
Just my personal thoughts.
Confusion suffered a nerf for sPvP so that build is out the window for mesmers in sPvP.

PvE and WvW: 10 + (1.5 * Level) + (0.15 * Condition Damage) per stack
sPvP: 65 + (0.075 * Condition Damage) per stack
Lower damage
in WvW confusion is a BEAST. Tornado ele’s and Dagger storm thieves just die to it so fast.
