Guild Wars 2

OK, so I’m about to hit level 80 and I dont really know where to start…

Im not the world’s best mesmer, but I would like to change that and become relatively good! However, this all starts off with a build and I’m not really sure what to try, so if anyone has any general PvE/Dungeon beginner mesmer builds that I could try to master, that would be great

Also, does anyone know of a guide to mesmer’s utility skills? I find them rather odd and just wondered if there was an explanation of them out there since I had barely any knowledge about them.

I dunno if that thread covers modifications for beginners, but the gist is spec meta and run Zealot’s or Knights gear for extra breathing room if you can’t handle full zerk right off the bat. Don’t go PVT, the damage is really abysmal and it doesn’t mix well with Berserker’s, so it’s much harder to transition over piece by piece.
