Hey, I finally got my 6 leadership runes. But i’ve been trying to find an alternative that is much easier and cheaper to get. What do you guys think of ‘Superior Rune of the Water’? It gives 20% boon duration which is 10% less than what you get from Leadership runes.

I recently found out you can get them from the heroic notary in wvw for 75 proof of heroics. If you haven’t spent yours on hero points go take a look. The vendor is on the desert border land at each spawn.

If you happen to be on a server with an active WvW this is a great alternative since you can pop boosters and walk away with your runes within a couple hours.

Though if you’re in a dead WvW server (like me) this option actually takes much longer than just grinding DS.
