To fix skills like the Illusionary Leap and Phantasmal Warden they could be made ground targeted.

Illusionary Leap’s ground targetting would be under the same restrictions as Blink and would resemble theives shadowstep/shadow return, but with a shorter range and AoE conditions rather than condition removal. Maybe just an aoe cripple or immobilise on swap. To replace the current vulnerability and cripple, then immobilise on swap.

The warden wouldn’t need the radius/jumping/terrain restriction.

As for targetting they could attack the nearest target like dodge clones or attack your target either could work. Nearest could be cool for controlling diversion shatters. The AoE diversion trait may be a bit overpowered with this.

Some problems with Illusionary Leap may be that the leap combo finisher might not make sense. Also the clone may have to range attack which may not make sense with the sword.

However I don’t see any issues with the warden be ground targetted. It would start it’s attack as it’s location. You could place it directly on top of you, on a field or in front of your enemy. It would give so much more control.
