I like that you are trying different aspects of mesmer, but compared to SOI classic builds it seems a waste, kinda, even with higher healing potential. Look at your parties boon uptime, they are constantly low on fury and protection is also timing out, some more low impact boons also run out like vigor and resistance, all of those you can keep up with double SOI.

EDIT: Not to mention huge uptimes on quickness and resistance(when coupled with a rev).
