So I got my first ascended weapon box and it just happen to be a Leftpaw’s box, with Settler’s stats, Toughness, Healing Power and Condition Damage. I usually run Berserker or Rabid (pve and wvw respectively).

Do you know of any useful build that can go with these stats for mesmer? And for other classes? Or should I just keep it as a token from Tybalt?

Heh. I use a Shaman/Apothecary set for glamour or mantraheal builds. Not much difference between Apothecary and Settler, besides which of the 3 stats is the “major” one.
As for other classes, that’d work well enough for my burn-specced Guardian. I could also see a heavy Earth/Water Ele working out. Although, it’d be a very odd build …

In pve healing is a wasted stat and condition damage is of very limited utility. You also don’t need toughness in PVE. In fact Settlers is pretty much the worst combination of PVE gear stats you can come up with.

WvW is something I generally don’t do that often, so I prefer to not comment.
