I will vouch for Osicat’s build. It’s pretty sick how much burst damage you can do. The things I had to get used to are: 1. You are glass in every definition so evade, staff 4, staff 5, blink, sword 2 etc to stay alive 2. Getting in close is the key, to effectively burst you need to be right next to them when you shatter to make use of the extra MW on your character and to have all of the illusions clumped up together. 3. Shatter as much as you can, it’s not like other build where you keep your clones alive, use that shatter like there is no tomorrow!

I played a ranged tanky build before so it took some retraining to get used to the frantic pace and being right in the middle of things, but it is crazy how much burst we do!

Equip: all Berserker stuff

It’s a 20/20/0/0/30 build with greatsword. Just press 2, 4, roll, shatter and repeat.

As secondary weapon set you could use sword/focus or sword/pistol to finish whatever is left after shatter.

I usually play a condition build but switch to this glass cannon shatter spec for farm events in Orr. Also great when you run with the WvW zerg and want to earn some loot. But be careful to stay within your zerg because you are really squishy with this build and wearing berserker equip.
