Hi, so I finally hit 80 on my new mesmer the other day and I don’t think I have yet to win a single fight in wvw. I enjoy doing small scale and solo stuff since i spend my time defending my home. I am terrible lol I can admit to that. I took advice from many people as I made my build. I can’t really change anything atm when it comes to gear because i spent everything I had getting it all.

I like to use conditions and i currently have dire gear with torment runes. I have a staff with scepter and torch. If anyone is able to help me please let me know. I would love to learn this class and be some sort of a threat lol.

Well, a start would be to link exactly what build you are running on a build editor like this one. Currently, the popular condition builds are condition shatter, interrupt, and PU (Prismatic Understanding). PU is great for WvW, especially if you’re roaming solo, as it gives you the ability to fight outnumbered fights. Though, the main gear type that condition Mesmers use is Rabid gear, and not Dire, due to the trait “Sharper Illusions”, so you might want to start working towards obtaining a set. You can get a full set of Rabid armor from dungeons such as Twilight Arbor.

I wont be able to get that anytime soon so maybe i can just keep my armor and not run around by myself? I wont do anything solo.

Okay there is the link but the stats on the website seem much lower than what i get ingame(without outside buffs).
