It’s the Profane Armor chest.
I went with a feathery wing motif with my mesmer right down to the runes
Although I’m always finding more fitting pieces for some reason, like the sword I just randomly came across and transmuted it. Still need a torch, pistol and focus though.

What did you use to make that set? It’s got a good “fighter mage with some light protection” look to it that would work well with my idea of the GW2 mesmer – if it isn’t butchered horribly by being turned into some skimpy harem wear when put on a female character, I might give it a try.
EDIT: Nevermind, found it. Should have recognised it, in fact. And it is, indeed, one in which the female version has been butchered into harem wear.
