Guild Wars 2

I’ve been gone for 9 months and with the expansion annouced I wanna get back in the game. My main was a mesmer and I learned how to run a mantra build which I believe was really strong at the time. What buffs or nerfs did we get? Any other builds like Phantasm or Shatter get buffed to the point where its better to run that?

Mesmer PvE “meta” in one build doesn’t exist. But you will be shifting between those:

• 6/6/0/0/2
• 6/4/0/0/4
• 6/4/0/4/0
• 6/3/0/5/0 (situational)
• 5/4/0/5/0 (situational)
• 4/6/0/4/0 (situational)
