Base +% damage increase
Damage modifiers always help. They’re just awkward on mesmers because they don’t help your phantasms.
Though to see the significance of them, just watch any speed clear video where people stack 20%+ damage from sigils and 10%+ from enemy slaying potion along with 25 stacks of vulnerablity, the DPS increase is pretty huge.

Well for dungeons I trait to boost phantasm damage not mine, im just curious about a version of the mantra builds for getting map completion. I am doing a tremendous amount of damage with my shatters right now, but Im not sure if I have too many % increases, like if there is a point where it caps, I could use other things instead ya know?
Only thing I would change is using ruby orbs instead of runes of ogre. 25 stacks of blood lust will also increase your damage. I don’t think there is any hard cap on % damage increases.
I had the ogre ones in the bank for something and noticed the +4% damage. and seen that when I got hit I could summon a rock dog lol. I wasn’t using them and I dont think they are worth that much so I just through them on there. I wish traveler runes werent so expensive
