Hi,

I’ve been playing Shatter for quite a while now, and want to try Conditions for the first time. Can anyone tell me a good build for PvP?

I’m assuming Staff / Scepter-Torch would be the best choice, and maybe Rabid amulet, but I’m unsure about the traits and runes.

or viper with more power so you can take even diamond eles easily.
