since my server seems to be fighting two larger servers and mostly zergs. What is the most effective spec for zerg busting? I appreciate any help.

20/00/00/20/30 the typical glamour build. Take all of the glamour traits (entering/exiting inflicts confusion, cool down reduction, duration increase, inflicts blind) and all of the confusion/blind traits (33% duration, blind inflicts confusion).

Use staff, scepter, and either torch or focus. Focus can force people across the barriers, but Torch gets an AoE blind and a confusion inflicting phantasm (for WvE focus is already a must though).

Beware that throwing a feedback into a Zerg is likely to get you pulled in, since a Thief or Necro can force you to reflect their teleport attack, causing you to teleport to them. If you think it’s likely to happen, drop a portal before feedbacking so you can jump out (and lay another glamour on them in the process)

the toughness is a good thing to have keeps you alive longer, you should use the trait that reduces staff recharge time under the toughness section. use mendor’s purity and focus reduction by 20%, for the the last one you need glamours blind, and confuse on blind traits plus confusion lasts 33% longer. You’re going to need condition dmg stats at around 1500+ to be devastating. Here’s a video of it at work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0K8NHlkgIU. You’ll notice the focus reflects projectiles because of that trait mentioned earlier. It’s great for kitten off zergs lol. Also i was getting hit by ACs and ballistas but because of the toughness it helped my survivability. It’s a good example of how a small group can hold off and cause problems for others

the veil only reflect if you stand directly behind the line, so they gotta target you at that location.

Alchemist are you using rabid gear?

For extra effectiveness:
Rabid gear is a MUST for Glamour builds
6x Rune of the Undead (extra Toughness and CondDmg? Yes, pls)
Sigil of Corruption on Staff and Scepter (Extra CondDmg? Of course)
Rare Veggie Pizza and Master Tuning Crystal (Even more CondDmg)

For wvw I like 20/00/10/10/30. It’s basically Kylia’s build but I take 10 out of illusions and put it in chaos for fall damage reduction. I like diving off very high cliffs to kill enemy yaks. Rawr!

I run 0/0/10/30/30 for the reflection. This also makes it easier to switch to mantra heals quickly if you want.
