On my phone, but I’m pretty sure that’s from Arah dungeon. Just google “dulfy guild wars 2 armor” and there should be an armor gallery.
It is Arah dungeon armor. You will have to be L80 and I recommend going with guildies or friends for your first couple of runs through the dungeon. Pug groups can be… unforgiving.
Or do the Arah dungeon track in pvp.
If you want the full set it will take you a couple of runs. So prepare yourself
A couple? If I remember correctly, it takes about 1380 tokens to make a full set (give or take). If you average a bear minimum of 60 tokens per run it will take you about 23 runs to get a full set of armor. Not counting weapons. Now, with the ability to only get a full set of tokens once a day, if you run three paths (Arah has four exploration paths and one story path) that’s 180 tokens, minimum. You have one piece of armor. It should take a week to get enough tokens for a full set of armor.
Yes, I am fully aware that we get a minor amount of additional tokens.
Yes, I am aware that one path of Arah (#2 right?) will award a grand total of 70 tokens, provided you do hit all of the bosses.
Yes, I am aware that you could get it done faster if you are a masochist and run path four.
All of this is a long way off for him. =) So, let’s try not to traumatize him before he knows what dungeons are.
There is alway PvP reward track
As was previously mentioned, but he’s very new to the game, so let’s try not to confuse him too much yet.
And do note that its not nearly as glamorous as that pic. You can go to a crafting stall and find the wardrobe and check out any armor/weapon skin in game very easy ( even if its not unlocked).
Yes, the female and male shoulder pieces do not quite look like that. The female version has a grand total of six beautiful wings. The males get plucked chicken wings. =( Tsk, no love for the guys here. They should give them better armor then they would not be “forced” to make a female toon to look good (yes, I have had someone say that).
