I just logged on with the new patch. I started running around Dry Top killing things, but I noticed something. I swear Blurred Frenzy feels a lot slower now. Am I going crazy, or does anyone else feel the same thing?

With the recent nerfs or fixes almost everyone is experiencing something wrong or so they thought. I think its more of like a psychological issue or placebo effect
