The grandmaster trait Power Block that increases skill cooldown and applies damage on interrupt does not work with temporal curtain (focus 4). Please make the necessary changes as needed. This has been tested in both sPvP and WvW.

So that’s what power block is. Yep, got hit for one of those for 4.5k along with 4.5k mind wracks. I have no idea how that’s even achieved.
So make temporal curtain aoe nuke? Hehehe, I can go along with that and dust off my Anomoly ;-)
