Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone! This is my first post on this forum! ^^

I’ve played my mesmer quite a bit now (just made 80), but haven’t really settled on a build.

The current build I’m trying is supposed to be a tanky-phantasm-conddmg build. I’m hoping to use it for both sPVP and PvE (including dungeons).

I generally try to engage targets at medium range. My attack sequence is:
1) Switch to staff
2) Chaos Storm (on both the target and I)
3) Phase retreat
4) Phantasmal Warlock (while running towards the target)
5) Switch to sword/pistol.
6) Magic pistol (typically at point blank range by this time)
7) Phantasmal Duelist
8) Blurred Frenzy
9) Switch to staff
10) Kite until the cooldowns have expired and repeat sequence.

Could you guys give me some advice on my traits as well as good sigils and runes?
