i guess phase retreat portal and moa have found many uses in organised play but this works nice for me in soloq.
Sword + shield for defence and scepter + torch for offence. Great condie cleanse with the torch plus the usual, double stealth plus the usual invulns to deter ppl from focusing us and leave us in piece to have fun;p The mantra is has better hps and ccps (condie cleanse per second) than any other heal, you can recharge it during stealth.
I think chaos armor is kinda of outdated as defence these days. I really miss staff2 but you cant have everything.
