How would it do in different areas of the game? How to improve it.

This looks like a glass cannon build, however it will not do as much damage as other glass cannon builds. Look at my build I have posted in “Post your build thread”. That build is a max dps you can do on phantasm glass cannon builds.

I found out that the stats in this build are making max out of your dps. This is the link:
