I mostly do PvE stuff like bosses, roaming, maybe a dungeon every once in a while. This build has worked fairly well so far but I do admit that conditions are my bane. So ! I would like to ask for opinions and possible improvements on this – or maybe entirely new suggestions, who knows.

If you are struggling for condi cleanse I would swap out feedback for Phantasmal Disenchanter. Its pretty powerful condi cleanse, and really nothing should be killing it in open world PvE either. Feedback is useful in dungeons, but you are most likely going to be running dungeons in a party so rely on your teammates to cleanse your condis if you take feedback for a specific fight.

Swap out your elite for Gravity Well for AoE CC.

I would also swap out Fencer’s Finesse for Blinding Dissipation and swap Master of Fragmentation for Ineptitude. This blinds enemies when you use shatters, block their attacks, or evade their attacks, and also applies confusion when you blind an enemy. Not only does this kill them faster, but the large access to blinds means you can force a foe to miss their attack that applies condis, reducing the need for condi cleanse.
