Ok, I just wanted to ask …. how about slow? Do you think that will work in PvP? What do you think of the traits of the chrono? How do you think should be changed?
I would like to know the opinion of someone on this condition, which slows the speed of the opponent’s skill that has been strategically placed on a class that does damage for skill used by the enemy (you know … confusion!) …..

It’s like a garnish. It’ll make your build look professionaly made but all the tasty goodness is in the actual desert.

There’s no practical way, or reason to base a build around slow. It won’t achieve the goals you need in order to win.

Weakness and chill would be far more powerful debuffs to work in.

I appreciate the idea behind the Chronomancer’s Slow line of traits, for sure. But, like Ross said, the actual execution leaves a lot to be desired.

Unlike Reaper’s Chill line, we have no way to make Slow into a directly damaging condition and, since the (justifiable) ICD nerf to Lost Time, no way to perma-Slow enemies reliably. We’d need at least some equivalent to those two things to make a Slow build worth playing.

I will say that the counter-productive interaction with Confusion is more of a design problem with Confusion, though. I don’t blame Slow for that.
