so basically my question is can Halting Strike crit. In my build if every thing goes right i can get halting strike tool tip thingy to say 1k I was wondering if it can also crit?

Yes “Halting Strike” can crit. While I played with lockdown builds in sPvP I hit some GC-thief with 2,5k. ^-^
