Hi everyone!
A good day to you all. As we approach the patch that will nerf alacrity and sigil of energy, I wanted to ask the mesmer community if you still think a power shatter build can still survive. I fell in love with mesmers since day one because of how we can turn a PvP battle into a graceful butterfly zone. However, even before the patch, I feel power shatters can barely stand their ground to most builds that have high sustain.
With the new patch coming, it seems that vipers + shatter is the clearest way to go. I would like to ask my fellow mesmers for their thoughts and maybe share their future build after the patch that may revive the power shatter fans.
