I play a Thief in sPvP but I can’t seem to beat Mesmers with that pew Shatter build? Could you guys give me any tips to counter that specific build?

Don’t let the mesmer get a clone up?

Kill the clones faster than the mesmer can hit F1.

If mesmers have three illusions up…run instead of engage.

Or…suck it up and try for an incredibly fast backstab and hope for the best.

dodge the first clone.
