Can you explain Projectile finisher to me?
So a “finisher” is an action that produces an effect when used in combination with a “field.” The most common one is using skills listed as “blast” type finishers on “fire” type fields, in order to produce stacks of the might boon.
Specifically, a projectile finisher, is a projectile that has the ability to produce these type of effects when traveling through a combo field. This wiki page, may help you:

The phantasm will still fire all of it’s shots, some of them just may produce additional affects.
Is Duelist Discipline required? No, not if you don’t want to use it or it doesn’t fit with your build. If you like Desp Decoy better, than try that one. Personally, I run a phant build, so I tend to take Phantasmal Fury.
that mieans that 20% projectile interact with field like schaos storm. So this pistol phantasam can apply confusion with 20% of his shot when these bullets go throug an etheral field like chaos storm

Yea it’s nothing really important for the duellist unless you’re playing a condi build, then it makes sense to place the fields that he might proc some confusion, or even better burn with allied fire fields. But since he’s proccing anyway just 1-2 finishers per salve it’s rather unsignificant.

Also if one uses a pistol is "Duelist discipline " mandatory? Is that bleed effect rly that good? I rly like what desperate decoy is. It sounds like a great skill to get out of death situations + a clone?
Which one of these traits is better?
The bleed on it is still bugged at the moment and doesn’t work. It’ll be great though for condition or hybrid builds once it gets fixed. I run a hybrid condishatter with pistol and for the time being I find Phantasmal Fury to be more useful.
Desperate Decoy I wouldn’t recommend at all. It’s just more likely to get you killed by putting Revealed on you at the most inopportune moment.
