Guild Wars 2

So I’m nearing the end of my quest for materials to make my first ascended armor piece (the pants).
But with the upcoming changes I’m not sure what stats I should go for. Could you guys help me out or is it hard to predict yet?

I’m currently running a phantasm build for dungeons but was planning on changing it up to shutdown mesmer for WvW and PvP.
I had my eyes on Zojja (because zerker gear is currently a must in dungeons) or Wupwup (jack of all trades so I don’t need to recraft my armor when something changes).
I’m not even sure if I’ll get more ascended armor than the pants in the recent future (you might think I’m crazy, but I’m doing it for the skin :p).

You can’t really use the same set in WvW and PvE…

Full berserker (Zojja) is still going to be best for PvE, and if you plan on doing high level fractals then you should make that (because more Agony Resist is the only real reason to need ascended armor).

My current setup is exotic Knight with Traveler runes in WvW, and ascended Zojja with Scholar runes for dungeons and fractals.

Also, I’d be very wary of making Celestial/WupWup right now because the Ferocity change is likely to make it even weaker than it is at present.

I’ve been doing just fine with Wupwup, until the most recent bad news.

My advice to the original post is to wait, and just keep collecting mats. We don’t yet know where this whole thing is going to settle down.
