Anyone know any Mesmer builds that go well with Carrion (CondDPS/Pow/Vit) Equipment?

I dont know much about builds, but staff and scepter scale well with hybrid builds so you could try something like staff + scepter/torch. i believe those are the weapons PU condi mesmers use. But you’ll need some tougness too or else you are too glassy. And precision would also be usefull with all that power and if you opt for sharper images (3 in dueling). So that is basically rabid gear. :P

None really. You’d be half as effective as a rabid or zerker mesmer of any build.

I don’t really like condi builds (in general ^^), but mesmers rely heavily on sharper images which needs a lot of precision to work.

As mentioned, you NEED precision to make a viable condi mesmer. May I suggest using either a rampagers amulet or a celestial if you want the power? If you want it to be purely condition then rabid is your go.
