After trying this build and that build the way I’ve been playing with sword/torch and GS tactics this build seems the best for me ^.^

Seems fine. Probably a bit underwhelming int he DPS department at times, or vs some opponents.

• Power Block is a waste.
• Descent into Madness serves in some WvW situations. PvP it’s a waste. You’d be better off with manipulations cd if WvW.
• Mirror of Anguish is ok but not the strongest pick at this investment. Chaotic Dampening to get more our of your staff, Bountiful Interruptions for might and boons. Could take 2 out of Domination and put into Chaos to take any combination of these three. It’ll make your build stronger overall.

• Or put 2 in Dueling and get Phant Fury
• Or 2 in Dueling for longer range Manipulations (WvW goodness)

• No matter what, def not Power Block :/
