Chaos Trait and Rune: Mesmer

Does the trait u get from chaos tree at 25 traits called Chaotic Transference (5% of you toughness is converted into condition damage) stacks up with the Superior rune of the undead wich also gives another 5%. If it stack it would make it a 10%. So does anyone know if this two things stack?

Yep
Used to use a set, till my lack of sustained movespeed pushed me to Centaur.
