increase shiftness grained from 3 to 10 seconds rest of boon durations awsome but 3s shiftnes just ridiculous

Then change the 10 sec of swiftness to 6 sec of Torment.

I too agree that mesmers need more shiftiness.

@Xavi, Some Torment on Staff would be lovely. Granted, I’d be glad if we at least had the ease of access to such a soft-control skill as, say, the Warrior and Thief :-/
