If you launch the shield wall, then continuum shift, the shield wall does not re appear. Bug or nerf?

If I recall correctly, it did in the reveal.

It’s a timing issue. :x If you hit Continuum while casting Tides of Time it should get the cooldown reset. If you hit Tides of Time too late the cooldown will start just after Continuum ends.
