Viable way of removing Blind, anyone?

Honestly, the only changes I disagree with are the double-tapping on Debilitating and the low duration of Might on PU.

The Might bit is odd, tbh. And I agree with the part on Debilitating.
Also, not just Blind (at least in theory), troll the crap outta Aegis usage.
