On metabattle there is a pvp condi mesmer build with
Inspiration/Chaos.
Dueling.
Illusions.

Are there other viable ones too?
Could you go with Chrono too for example?

In other words, what kind of condi Mes pvp versions are there?

Could you roll with Arcane thievery if you use Chaos (36 sec cd + reflect) instead of Null field?

One more question.

You generally want to pop a shatter when you have 3 clones right?
I which situations do you want to pop shatter 1-4 all at once?

When your keyboard didnt work, was that the movement bug that sometimes occurs, where you have to do something like dodge to get out of the bug?

I saw the vid and checked your condi shatter pvp tutorial
and I have some questions.

Is there any room in the utilities for portal in your build?
Like Portal instead of Mirror images?
Which utilities are viable in your build?

Could you shed some light on that one?

Inspiration gives you decent built in condi cleanse, which is handy. It also allows you to take Mirror Images for extra burst, given you don’t need things like Mantra of Resolve for the condi cleanse.

Chrono allows extra shatter fodder if not using Duelling. Duelling of course helps with DE and Sharper Images – although Energy Sigil nerf hurts DE a little, and illusions still die/are shattered too fast for Sharper Images to make a significant difference. Therefore I believe Chrono is still more useful.

I don’t think Chaos offers enough compared to those – sure Chaotic Persistence/Transference are nice to have, and PU/BD always useful, but it’s just a bit… meh. I’d rather have back to back shatters with IR and Cp in Chrono to reach reasonable confusion/torment stacks.

movement bug – type /sit or /dance to break it (i forgot)
MI can be replaced by portal for sure if you fighting with a team . running solo MI better

AT is hard to handle as it can be missed . but it good utility to take 20 migh stack from ranger or ele or scraper but its long cd 36 sec will get oyu killed in between thus Inspiration line is much better

I am enjoying your build messiah, it is pretty fun.
