Condition build, prec vs power
15 points in Dueling is pretty much a staple for condition builds as it makes your Phantasms bleed on crit. Which, for the Duelist, is about 6 stacks of bleed per rotation.
Edit: the trait is for clones in general, including phantasms, sorry.

1. Phantasmal Haste is a “heavy phantasm” trait. However, if you are going the Phantasm route, 10 points in Dom will be more effective (15% illusion damage).
2. Deceptive Evasion is good if you plan on using many clones, whether via overwriting them (on-death traits) or via shatters. If you do not plan to use one of those two extensively, I recommend dropping DE and investing those 5 points elsewhere. Unless you really really want more clones.
3. Generally speaking, power is more useful than precision, unless you are going whole hog bleeds with Sharper Images.
4. No matter what you do, maintain 5 points in Illusions. That trait is very strong.
Not so sure about doing precision for the bleeds, due to the fact that in dungeons you usually got someone stacking bleeds anyways, and tbh, staff clones do alot of condition damage anyways.. So gonna try out build nr 2 and change alot of gear :P
Precision is a must have for a Condition Mesmer. In my opinion, it is more important than Power. It increases the chance of your clones causing bleeding and it still increases your damage output as well as giving you an option to use a plethora of “On Critical hit” sigils on your weapons.
I currently use the one that has a 30% chance to cause a lightning strike when I crit. And I get it often enough to get spammed with that kitten error message caused by the 5 second cooldown.
