Are the only viable ones the Carrion type? Since they also boost power, which is almost useless for a condition damage build with the staff.

There are now Rabid trinkets. Rares can be bought at reasonable prices.

Exotic rings and amulet can be bought for highly unreasonable prices.

Exotic soulbound amulet drops in FotM.

Yes, thankfully Anet finally introduced Rabid jewelery; although as far as I could tell there’s no reliable way to get them.
