Your question is too general.

There’s a difference between PvE open world and PvE dungeons. WvW is another thing alltogether.

Its supposed to be a general question, mostly referring to PvE Dungeons, and WvW I understand is separate, thats why im kinda asking for both for each build type

You should post your build(s) and then maybe someone can tell what gear would be most suitable.

My advice would be to go to heart of the mists and experiment.

I’m a Sword/Focus + Pistol mesmer, and my stats choice is half rampager & half knight.
