Here’s how to confirm it yourself.

Find any monster, cast iZerker on it. It’ll hit maybe 2-3 times for a relatively small amount.

Wait…

When the iZerker attacks again, it’ll hit for its full amount and do the normal damage.

Nope. I used the practise dummies in L.A for five or so minutes. Made no difference. Max damage I got over letting the duelist and berserkers was 2.25K on the last hit, down from 5.5ish.

This is because the zerker spawned on the dummies doesn’t move and is stationary. So all the hits get counted. But in actual fights, the zerker moves through the field and that causes the hits to miss.
