Will Confounding Suggestions be able to trigger when the target has defiant?
If it does, will it have the chance to remove a stack for the daze and the stun so it removes 2 defiant stacks?

CS does trigger on any daze, even with defiant.

CS triggers first as a daze and then converts to a stun so it does remove 2 stacks on a stun.
