-It reverts back your HP and endurance pool
-It doesn’t seem to reset all ICD (doesn’t work with Nightmare runes but it does with Medic’s Feedback).
-It doesn’t affect boons/conditions, what you got and what you gain will continue as if you never used CS
-It doesn’t affect any traits/sigils buffs you got before CS (like Lost Time stacks), it will just go on like normal (like above)
-It reverts you back to your original position even if you’re falling
-You can’t use use it mid-air
-If you are stunned/disabled and the likes during CS, you will revert back with it
-Downed state cancels CS, no revert
-It resets CD on conjured weapon (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I2yVMcrgZ68&feature=youtu.be)

-It doesn’t affect inventory, if you move things in your inventory during CS, their position won’t revert back, same with bank. It probably doesn’t revert your gold either =3.

Seems to work, I think we’ll need more testings on ICD from traits and items

Items (Runes/Sigils/Food/Nourish) most likely won’t work. I’m quite sure it’s only going to reset things tied to Mesmer, specifically. If Medic’s Feedback works, you can probably also get double iDefender from evade (forgot the trait and too lazy to check atm).

One important note about CS is to note forget that Shatters can be activated while using other skills. So if you don’t have any Illusions up you can still refresh a long cast utility/ult by using CS during the casting animation but before the skill actually goes on CD.

It’s pretty effective for using with Mass Invis since it has a relatively long wind-up. You’ll go invis, blink back several feet, and be able to go invis again.
