Create a clone when dodge problem.
You must be in combat to produce a dodge clone.
There are only 2 ways for a mesmer to get stability: on shatter with BD (which doesn’t require clones btw) or with the mantra of concentration.
Which jumping puzzle is that?
You can also use your f4 shatter for invuln in place of stability. You could also use precog well for an evade if that helps.’
On and you could also trait signits for 1s distortion from those on use.
Thanks all.
The JP is Goemms lab in Metrica Province, trying to get across the windy ravine.
My othet classes all have a stability trait which helps a heap, but not Mesmers.
Ill keep trying.
Hmm, I can’t remember exactly but I don’t recall it was necessary to have stability to complete that jumping puzzle – I didn’t have bountiful disillusionment or the mantra at the time. Isn’t there some other way to pass that obstacle?
But I do remember it being a serious pain in the kitten, hence never wanting to touch it again.

Not required, but it definitely helps to have stab. Also something that helps is http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Experimental_Rifle
Ive had a win with this, at least getting past windy station goes.
With Bountiful Dissillusionment traited, you get 5 seconds of stability with a shatter, even if there are no clones to shatter.
Found this out by pure luck.
The description of the trait is a bit vague.
5 secs is just enough to get across the first windy ravine , the 2nd windy ravine is easier.
Hope this helps any other mesmers, and yes, Goemms Lab is a kitten of a JP.
