Guild Wars 2

Quick question, though I’m not sure anybody has explicitly tested this out: When we take the Danger Time trait, do Phantasms get the bonus Crit Chance against Slowed enemies?

Hmm, i doubt since it is % mod and not precision increase.. Although i cant say for sure.
