Daze Mesmer
My tip is that there isn’t really much here. Tell me if I’m missing something.
Chaos Storm, Magic Bullet, Sword Offhand, Mantra of Distraction, and Diversion right?
Magic bullet is out because it’s the 2nd target, Chaos Storm is random, Mantra of Distraction and Diversion are on huge cooldowns.
So what’s the point?
I dont know if it is a bug or not, but i get the daze on the first shoot of magic bullet. with mesmer runes you get added daze time, also condition durations? not sure if those boost daze time. but a couple dazes are all you need with some high burst damage.
Pretty much the idea was the be stealthy and sneaky lock down a target and lay some hurt on them in the time that they cant do anything.
Clones on dodge is also good to make clones in different spots before activating Diversion so those clones hit enemy different time and daze last longer.

no, Daze is not a Condition effect, it’s Control effect
The signet that resets shatter cds!
I also thought of this.
Pistol + Shatter3 + DazeMantra + ResetSignet + StunSignet
should be able to disable any opponet for a long time. But also a huge recharge.
AOE Diversion. 50% Shatter reset. Signet Shatter reset. Mantra of Daze. Signet of Dom.
Runes of the Mesmer.
AOE Daze, spawn, reset, AOE Daze, spawn, [take damage] AOE Daze again.

Needs team support for the actual killing. Pistol/Staff would be useful for the multi-target CC spam in this situation.
Such a build would really benefit from 20/30 Chaos random Condition and random Boon on interrupts, I suppose.
Potentially, but between paper and practice, the issue is that many of those CCs will not actually interrupt things — they will continue to CC the target when they are already CC’d, or the targets will simply not be using an ability in that moment.
So, I wouldn’t really eye those particular traits. Maybe one of them if you randomly get there.
