We are now working on putting broken spec smoothly in line with what we believe is a balanced game.
As we have hit soo hard in opness at hot release, this process is likely to take several iterations and thus years to reach an acceptable level.
However as we feel chronomancer bunkers is providing a too bad image to our branding for esport, we have decided to destroy the build whatever the consequences on viability of entire profession.
As a result
quickness is rendered useless for stomping and rezing
defense capability are drastically decreased through energy sigils nerf / slight increase of all your cooldowns / destruction of precog well / bunker amulet removal
group support is rendered abysmal with alacrity destruction

We want the message to be clear and discourage anybody from rolling mesmer.
This is why we keep damage at its abysmal state and buff drastically the natural hard counter of mesmers to god mode.

Of course you can try a condie mesmer as we increase scepter attack speed by 5 % on a lackluster trait.

Hope you enjoy the game like we appreciate trolling you and don’t forget that we have no freakin idea of what we are doing….and that we don’t really care.

Uh oh, looks like the patch is as bad as we expected (no surprises though).

Anyone else looking for that refund?

Refund? No. I’d settle for a conversation with the devs and a fix to all the broken kitten and appropriate buffs.
Was Chrono BUNKER an issue? Sure. But quickness Rez and stomp has been in game forever so because they made Mesmer competitive it’s now broken and has to go.
Alacrity? Nerf it till it’s almost pointless.
The great scepter rework we were promised for the second time? Trash.
Feedback? 3 years later it’s finally ground targeted but they nerf the glamour grandmaster hardly anyone uses? Pointless

There is no conversation, just reroll/change game to b&s.

Conversation? What conversation? Anet is like a blackhole: Nothing that gets in ever get out and it’s sucking everything good about the game.

EVERYTHING they emphasize on upon release, they did completely against.
Transparency? Look at the feedback we have
Relationship with community? HA! what a joke
Updates every two weks? Where are they?
No farming > that is more arguable since it’s a MMO anyway
Elite not required to be competitive > Where is the viability of core class?

No seriously, EVERYTHING they said they’d be like at release, you just flip it 180 degree and you have what they gave us.
It’s going downhill and fast, the game is dying and Anet is the main hands holding the trigger.
