And is it anything worth looking into?

No, it does not. If by ‘worth looking into’ you mean ‘worth including in any build’, the answer is no.

It’s quite possibly the absolute worst GM trait. If it had no CD it could have implications in PvE with MR. But as it it might as well not even exist.
