Distortion Grants Reflection - Defensive/Stun Lock build.
Unless it has changed, that trait effects the shatter Distortion, not other skills or traits that give the Distortion effect.
I have created a build for sPvP that focuses a lot on distortion. I keep 2 singets equipped so that each time I hit a singet I get 1 second on distortion. My question is; if you put points into Distortion Grants Reflection does that give you 1 second of reflection while you are distorted?
